People. They Are The Most Consistent

Part of Your Life.

Everywhere you go, everywhere you turn, there are PEOPLE. Some will just pass through your life; others will enter, pause for a brief time and then move on; some will enter your life and bring with them their opinions about what they feel about what you are doing with your life. Then, there are those who enter your life and travel with you through the positive presence they bring.

The fact still remains...your life is about PEOPLE and what they bring to your life. There is no escaping them. They are an ever-present part of your life. They can add to your life, take from your life, make you happy, make you sad, make you smile, or frustrate you.

The Challenge Is Understanding them..

FACT: Every human brings two things to your life.
They bring the person you see and the personality you experience.

This is critical in understanding how to effectively work with the people in your life. If all you see is the "person," there is going to be continual confusion about their personality. If all you experience is the "personality," you are going to be confused by the person. Have you ever made the statement, "I like that person, but I don't like their personality." The challenge with people is not the person; it's the person's personality. The person is what you see; the personality is what you experience. To understand the "person" you have to understand the "personality."

A Day At The Zoo is my research into learning how to work with the "different" personalities in your life...
For years I have made understanding people's effect on your life my top priority. I took the research I gathered and put it in a unique format that will bring you understanding and never allow you to forget the difference between "Person" and "Personality."

There are no "difficult" people. There are only "different" personalities for any person in leadership to understand.

WHAT'S IN THE ZOO?

A study of 18 animals and their personalities.

A humorous examination of 18 animals and their personalities compared to the people you work with in your life.

As the connection is made, you will learn the leadership techniques you must use to work effectively with each personality.

You will learn whether your role needs to be as a manager, a disciplinarian, or a coach as you see which animals they associate with.

Here is what you will learn In The Zoo...

• What makes this person appear difficult

• The personality traits and the relatives of each animal in the zoo

• How does the animal's personality relate to the people in my life and interact with mine

• What approach must I use to work effectively with each person's personality

• What are the 4 animals I must eliminate

Important Insight

Everyone is at least 4 personalities. This fact is what makes so many people challenging to understand. They enter with one of their 4 personalities, but can go through at least 4 personality changes during the day.

The role of any leader, manager, or person is to slow down, see the person, and understand that person's personality. Understanding a person's personality is the only way you will be able to work effectively with the person.

You must know what your 4 personalities are to know how to relate to the other animals in the zoo.

Retreat Host

You know my 3-word philosophy that creates the truth for your life:

BEHAVIOR NEVER LIES

If I was your success coach, would I find any of your behaviors that sabotage your success journey?

The most consistent creator of your disappointments, frustrations, and messy moments are not created by the situations in your life but by the people who are/were involved. You can't work effectively with people you don't understand. This makes this information imperative to work effectively with the people in your life, no matter who they are.

I want to invite you to be one of 15 individuals in an exclusive group setting for my retreat.

Gina Auton

"This retreat is Amazing! Richard gives everything he has when he coaches. I love how he asks questions that are so thought provoking, yet so simplistic...I so hope I can come back to another retreat - so amazing. This is the best investment that I have done for myself and would highly recommend to others."

Fanny Horn

"This was an amazing experience. The open floor was definitely different and was a great twist, as it allowed us to see how different we all think and help us grow through communication. Richard is an exceptional person that has the gift of leading people to understand themselves through simple questions."

Walter Gregory

"I enjoyed the event very much. Learned some more things about myself and how I think. Richard always inspires my thinking. The opportunity to meet and socialize with fellow attendees was awesome. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in personal development. Enjoyed the group setting."
